Christian was formerly Deputy Director for the Food Safety Centre in Norwich, UK, before becoming Head of Business Development for the Institute of Food Research and for the Quadram Institute, a world-leading institute creating new interfaces between food science, gut biology, and human health. Subsequently, Christian joined the executive team at Scottish biopharma company EnteroBiotix to help it expand within the rapidly developing area of gut microbiome therapeutics. Most recently, Christian was Director of Strategic Alliances at CosmosID (USA), a contract research organization focused on next generation sequencing and bioinformatics.

Tobias is a Partner in McKinsey’s Berlin office, actively contributing to both the Healthcare Practice and the Innovation Practice. With a tenure spanning 14 years at McKinsey, he has dedicated his expertise to serving digital health scale-ups, established healthcare companies, and ministries of health. Tobias leads the global Health Tech Network at McKinsey, overseeing a vibrant community comprising over 1800 digital health CEOs, 300 investors, and 400 corporates.

Johannes Galatsanos

Johannes is currently an MIT Sloan Fellow specializing in AI and Quantum Computation. Concurrently, he is pursuing postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford. In addition to his academic pursuits, Johannes serves as an Instructor in AI at the Commercial School Zug, Switzerland.
In his previous role, Johannes played a pivotal role as the Head of Data for the Novartis Lean Digital Core Transformation. His responsibilities included ensuring that all ERP data was generated in a FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) manner and maintained high quality directly at the source. This comprehensive approach spanned the entire enterprise, facilitating analytics, data science, and AI initiatives.
