Mana Pharma Positioning and differentiation in the sector

Since the end of 2020, Mana Pharma, S.L. has played a key role in the distribution of Medicines for Special Situations (MSS) in Spain, contributing, in agreement with the Health Authorities, to alleviate the lack of supply of medicines that occur in our country.

All this has allowed European MAH Laboratories to place their trust in Mana Pharma S.L. so that the company, in its role as Local Representative, could distribute its medicines both in the national and international markets.

During 2021 and 2022, subsidiaries were opened in Nicaragua, Bolivia, and Equatorial Guinea, which are key points on the international front, although it was not until 2023 that Mana Pharma China offices were opened.

In 2023, the company achieved two important milestones: the Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH) of Medicinal Products for Human Use and the acquisition of the Previous Sanitary License (conditional) of operation for Installation of Medical Devices (Activity: Importation of Medical Devices), the scope of which was modified in December of that year.

As the culmination of its medical device importation activities, in July 2024, the company obtained the EN ISO 13485:2016/A11:2021 Certification as well as the ISO 9001:2015 Certification. All of the above has enabled Mana Pharma, S.L. to market medicines under its own brand name.
