Luer Vial by GEMÜ: Simple, Versatile, Cost-Effective

GEMÜ's Luer Vial is a modular system for packaging and application. It offers easy administration of substances with extended shelf life and reduced process costs. The standardized, aseptically fillable container enhances durability. The variable applicator increases safety and ease of use, while the one-handed operation allows precise dosing. The adjustable spray head administers substances orally, mucosally, intranasally, or topically (e.g., as a tissue adhesive). The standard Luer connection enables drug delivery via standard connectors and valves into bags.

Made from COC polymer, the vials offer excellent barrier properties, comparable to glass, but are practically unbreakable. They can be sterilized by various methods (EtO, Gamma). The vials hold 0.2–0.6 ml and are filled and sealed through a GMP-compliant process. The body and spray head are made from PP and PE. More infos on our website.
