Product Description

Dott. Bonapace & C. Srl. offers a wide range of capsule filling machines semiautomatic which includes kap-300. Features: it is suitable to open, fill and close empty hard gelatine capsules already orientated on a 300 holes tray. To ensure the correct and easy distribution of the powder into the capsules, the machine is equipped with an electronic vibrator. The machine electric power is at 230 volts with dedicated and separated transformer and distribution at 24 volts (on machine board). The stainless steel box containing the electrical parts is complete of electromagnetic and vibrating system, it is fully disassembleable and 100% at water tight. For this reason, the machine can be washed and rinsed in the internal part by assuring a good clearing as per the gmp rules. Hourly output: up to 6000 capsules by kap-300/ up to 4000 capsules by kap-150. Contact us for more information.
