I Holland offers free trial of its innovative tool management system

System allows tablet manufacturers to keep a record of tablet quantities by number of tablets, work order or batch information to ensure production is run efficiently.

I Holland is giving its customers the opportunity to sample its innovative IH-TMS, which allows proactive monitoring of tool rotations and tooling inventory and maintenance.

IH-TMS software has been specifically developed to maintain efficient, well-organised and in-depth monitoring of tablet production, an extremely important procedure in pharmaceutical tablet manufacture. Without a system that controls the process effectively, there can be adverse effects to the bottom line.

To demonstrate just how well the system works, I Holland is giving its customer’s a trial copy. Andy Dumelow, I Holland’s PharmaCare® Product Manager explains: “We wanted to show just how easy IH-TMS is to incorporate into a company’s manufacturing process, and how well it performs on monitoring and managing tooling. For a limited time, we are giving customers the opportunity to try the software for free so they can see first-hand how much of a difference it makes in improving their current system.

“The stand-alone system allows tablet manufacturers to keep a record of tablet quantities by number of tablets, work order or batch information to ensure production is run efficiently. It also incorporates an in-depth guide to tooling specification and troubleshooting so any problems flagged up by IH-TMS can be rectified. In addition, it has the capability to archive tablet and tool images and drawings and incorporates an alarm to alert users of any problems including over compression, tooling replacements or when maintenance is required.

“The free demonstration is open to companies from around the world and incorporates the flexibility of using any language, including characters used in, for example, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic and Russian making it a globally diverse management system.”
