Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection (Rongsheng™ 10%) is the first 4th-generation Human Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) in China, which is a concentrated immunoglobulin product fractionated from healthy human plasma. This product contains multiple antibodies, which can form a complex immune network and plays an important therapeutic role in enhancing the anti-infection ability, immune substitution and immune regulation.

    Composition:

    This product is prepared from healthy human plasma through a three-step chromatography purification process. It contains 100g/L of protein. The content of human immunoglobulin (γ globulin) is not less than 98%, while the rest mainly consists of small amount of albumin and trace amounts of IgA and IgM. The content of IgG monomers and dimers shall not be less than 95%. The composition ratio of the four subclasses of IgG is similar to that of normal human serum IgG subclasses.

    The excipient of this product is glycine. It contains no antibacterial agents or antibiotics.

    This product is a colorless or light yellow clear liquid, slight opalesence may occur.
