High Capacity Sifter not only requires low foot print, but also delivers product with high output and can easily be used with continuous mode of operation Transfer mechanism.

True vertical in-line design with no offset between inlet and outlet.

Material feeds into the sifting chamber fitted with de-lumping  device for wet material and spoils the dry  compact, sticky and agglomerates material.
Well Dynamically balanced high speed Screen throws the material by Centrifugal force,360º Discharge, delivers high thought put, assures a continuous flow of product through apparent openings of the screen reduces particle size.

Impurities and other foreign materials retains in the screening chamber, can be easily removed.

Final product collected in IPC, air borne during process can be suctioned by vacuum and retains  fines across dust collector.
