GS1 standards are vital for pharma serialization

Earlier this month, Verify Brand contributed a byline to Pharmaceutical Commerce about the importance of standards. We recently announced that Verify Brand made platform enhancements to the existing functionality of our software’s GS1 EPCIS 1.2 standards for the secure and effective exchange of critical data across the supply chain. These updates continue our long-standing support for GS1 standards. As the Pharmaceutical Commerce article points out, pharma organizations can “future proof” their serialization implementations by embracing messaging standards, which provide a common language that allows everybody to understand what other parties are saying.
