Main ingredients:  skimmed powder milk, fiber, milk protein concentrate, flavour, 13 vitamins and 9 minerals.

Dose: 30 g dissolved in 200 ml of water or milk.

Ingredients:  oat protein, fiber, pea protein, partially dextrinated cereals, potato starch, maltodextrin, flavour, sweetener, 13 vitamins and minerals.

Dose:  30 g dissolved  in 200 ml of water or milk
