While reducing drying time by up to 60%, Gansons Fluid Bed Dryer increases productivity by 50%, saves up to 50% in utility consumption and significantly reduces human capital requirements. The inter-particular abrasion is greatly reduced in the Gansons Fluid Bed Dryer. More control over fluidization ensuresthat less powder reaches the filter bags. Taken together, these result in less fines generation and reduced productlosses.
