On 1 July, the Dürr Group, to which teamtechnik has belonged since February, will acquire 100% of the German machine manufacturer Hekuma. The firm is one of the leading suppliers of automatic systems for the large-scale production of disposable plastic products. Hekuma's product portfolio in the field of high-performance automation complements Teamtechnik's offering perfectly, for the medtech sector in particular, but also for e-mobility and consumer goods.

From disposable syringes to infusion sets and insulin pens. Every year, billions of such products are manufactured in compliance with high safety standards. This requires automated production plants that operate with absolute reliability. A leading supplier in this growth market is Teamtechnik. The international automation specialist has been majority-owned by the Dürr Group since February 2021. Together, they want to expand in the MedTech business field.
