Empagliflozin and Metformin work together to control blood sugar levels in adult patients with a form of diabetes called ‘type 2 diabetes mellitus’. Along with diet and exercise, this medicine lowers the amount of sugar in your blood.

Available in the following dosages:  
- 60 film-coated tablets/box. Each film-coated tablet contains Empagliflozin 5 mg and 1000 mg of Metformin hydrochloride.    
- 60 film-coated tablets/box. Each film-coated tablet contains Empagliflozin 12.5 mg and 1000 mg of Metformin hydrochloride.
