Echinacea Purpurea Extract

Echinacea Purpurea Extract mainly contains echinacea polyphenols and echinacea chicoric acid which are mostly composed of four components: cichoric acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, and echinacea saponins.


Echinacea extractis a  Compositae. Perennial herb, flower head, natural plant with immune function. A class of wildflowers of the Compositae family native to America, also known as "Echinacea", is a perennial herb with large flowers and bright colors. Named for the shape of its flower head like a pinecone. Among them, there are mainly two kinds of P. sylvestris and P. Angustifolia that have been developed as immune enhancers. The above-ground parts (including flower stems and leaves) and roots of P. Angustifolia and the roots of P. Angustifolia are important raw materials rich in immunologically active substances.


Cichoric acid powder is one of the most important immunologically active components in chicory and echinacea. Pharmacological studies in recent years have shown that cichoric acid can enhance immune function and anti-inflammatory effects, and can inhibit hyaluronidase, and protect collagen from free radicals that can cause degradation.
