CP18-MINIFLEX

The CP18+Miniflex machine incorporates in an extremely compact structure, all the functions of a side loading case-packer and palletizer.

The machine represents an ideal solution in case of space restrictions at the end of the line.

This integrated system has been developed with a cantilever design to ensure complete accessibility and easy cleaning as well as flexibility in the processing of a wide range of cartons (single or bundled) and cases.

Furthermore great importance has been given to the ergonomic position of all components: all the machine features can be reached from the operator side and the horizontal case magazine allows the manual loading of flat cases easily from floor level.

Size change-over takes only a few minutes to perform and does not require the use of any tools.

The machine is equipped with a 6-axis Fanuc robot to place cases on pallet according to a pre-set pallet pattern already stored on the HMI.

Palletizing is arranged with single floor pallet station. When the pallet is complete, the robot starts to place cases in the buffer area, following a special trajectory without interfering with the palletizing area.

This way the operator discharges the full pallet and loads the empty pallet without stopping the line.
