Details to our Compression springs -Cold formed products for static and highly dynamic applications in wire diameters of 0.10 mm to 9.0 mm. -They could be straight​, conical​, hour class, barrel​ or changing diameter(s)​ shaped, and with the pitch that could be linear​, progressive​ or dual-rate. -There Wire shape​ could be Round and Square. -Springs are made from Spring wire​, Oil tempered wire​, Stainless steel wire​, Nickel base alloys​ and Copper alloys​ material. -Surface: Blank​, Ni / Ag / Au plated​, Zinc-lamella / top coat , Pre-coated (Zi/Al)​, pre-plated. Other characteristics -Ultrasonic cleaned (water, alkohol, hydrocarbon, PER)​ -Shot peened​ -Glass beading​ -Cold set Typical applications Drug delivery devices Autoinjector Pen Safety Syringes Diagnostics etc.
