Product Description

The CIP systems were delivered to a pharmaceutical Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) facility in the US, where they are applied for in-situ cleaning of a Fluid Bed Dryer and V-blenders.




The CIP systems are installed in a technical space and are hard-piped to process suites that include 'remote' valve manifolds and CIPR pumps.




The CIP systems are equipped with McFlusion unique hardware and software platform that secures full TACCT cleaning performance and operational flexibility in combination with our advanced control and monitoring of critical cleaning parameters.




The automation platform includes our CIP recipe editor w/AutoTuneTM , alarm handling and reporting software packages as well as the CIP process builder design TM that integrates all internal CIP and remote componentry on the process equipment that is relevant for the CIP process into the Functional (CIP) Design, so that recipe and global parameters as well as alarms are easily set up/configured, adjusted, monitored and reported.
