Product Description

DEXTROSE / GLUCOSE :
This product is a dextrose monohydrate, produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, followed by purification, concentration, crystallization and drying. It is a white calibrated powder with a refreshing sweet taste and bland odour. This product meets the requirements of Ph. Eur., USP, Food Chemical Codex and Codex Alimentarius for Dextrose.

 
FRUCTOSE:
This product is crystalline fructose. It is produced from non-GMO cereal raw material, by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, followed by purification, concentration, crystallization and drying. It is a white powder with a clean sweet taste and bland odour. This product meets the requirements of Ph. Eur., USP, Food Chemical Codex and Codex Alimentarius for Fructose


NATIVE CORN / MAIZE STARCH:
This product is a native maize food starch. It appears as a white fine powder with neutral odour and taste. This product meets the requirements of Ph. Eur., USP, Food Chemical Codex and Codex Alimentarius for Native Corn/Maize Starch.


NATIVE WHEAT STARCH:
This product is extracted from selected species of French wheat. It is a binding, thickening and bulking agent, suitable for various food products. This product meets the requirements of Ph. Eur., USP, Food Chemical Codex and Codex Alimentarius for Native Wheat Starch.

It is obtained by refining of virgin olive oil, obtained by cold expression from the ripe fruit of Olea Europaea Linné, Refined Olive Oil fully complies with the European Pharmacopoeia monograph “Olive oil, refined”<1456> and USP-NF monograph “Olive Oil” including general chapters and is intended for use in the manufacture of parenteral preparations.
