Avanti Active Cap

Avanti active cap is a next-generation solution to protect drug powder stability while minimizing materials used and simplifying the reconstitution process. It incorporates Aptar CSP’s patented Activ-Polymer™ technology as an internal molded part inside the cap. Dry powder drugs are stored in the cap, which is attached to a water bottle. The Activ-Polymer™ component adsorbs moisture over time to keep the powder dry from point of packaging through use, maintaining product stability. The product is protected until the user presses on the cap, releasing the powder contents into the water bottle for reconstitution and dosing.
