Ambroxol 15

Borshchahivskiy cpp (bcpp) offers a wide range of medicinal products which includes ambroxol 15. Active ingredients: it is an effective secretolytic and secretomotor benzylamine agent. It normalizes impaired bronchial secretion by stimulating serous cells in the bronchial glands, increases mucous secretion and helps regain the balance between the serous and mucous components of sputum. Ambroxol increases the amount of surfactant in the lungs and prevents damage of the cells of the lungs by improving clearance of the lungs. It normalizes the rheological indices of sputum and reduces its viscosity and adhesive properties. The preparation stimulates motility of the bronchial ciliary epithelium, preventing its adhesion and promoting mucociliary clearance.
